Two errors fixed

An error that caused Mario's colours to sometimes not display correctly in the rotating animation when he died from falling from a height onto a lift, has been fixed.
There are still some situations where Mario is displayed one pixel lower when riding a lift. Hopefully I will fix this in one of the next versions of the game.
Another error that appeared in the previous version has been fixed. When the monkey threw a barrel diagonally across all floors, it would sometimes roll on the bottom floor shifted one pixel down. Sorry about that. This error was one of those caused by trying to save every byte of memory.
